Dear brothers & sisters I felt so concerned with the topic started by our sister "the queen" and i really felt an urge to say something about it.
As mentioned on her topic, it's becoming something very common between young people that it is dealt with as an ordinary matter & even a must-be at other times.
She mentioned as well the fact that teenagers can't have any other way, and this idea should also be adopted by their parents & they should guide them through the whole process.
We all have been teenagers, and we all had those feelings, some of us never had such relations and others did. It depends on our society & our family & up-bringing & the surrounding people as well. By this I'm not trying to blame any of you but just trying to highlight some elements & bring them to analysis.
We always blame such relations on the fact that people are getting married at a late age if compared to our fathers & forefathers. This is not a problem as I see it but rather a cause.
People nowadays are thinking more superficially and making excuses for not getting married, because life is getting only more complicated as a result of our own new ways of thinking & out lifestyle.
Life before was simple and more enjoyable, people didn't use to think that much about what is & what will be, but what is RIGHT to do.
It's clear that we care more about what is modern and updated regardless to our religion & our customs and traditions which are being left behind & replaced by new ones brought to us from the western world...
the only way out of this as I see it is by encouraging marriages and supporting them, not exaggerating what should be paid as a dowry or even what we the couple has as belongings.
I hope from all my heart that our Ummah would get back to what it was before strong and united, & that our youth would always feel involved and being taken care of & given high priority so that it would bring our Muslim World to its golden age again.
May allah guide us to the righteous path, and keep us from going astray amiiiiiiiin.
